Presentation


AGB is an Agency of commercial representation multi purposes based in Cameroon and serving the Central African under-area.

We represent the sales force of the suppliers (Manufacturing, Producers, Services, Organization…) buildings and foreigners wishing to invest the Central African market.

We also establish Business partnerships between local and foreign companies.

 

Our Agents profit of more than 5 years experience in the prospecting, the negotiation and the sale.

Extremely of this experiment, but also of the control of the ground and the dynamism of our teams, we ensure the best  sale of your services and/or products in the geopolitical CEMAC (Economic community of Central African States).

Penetrate the Central  African  market with AGB without carrying out important investments in the infrastructures and the wage bill.

Protocol


AGB plays the part of intermediary between the supplier (Manufacturing, Producer, Service, Organization…) and the customer (Importer, Distributor, Wholesaler, Retailer…).

AGB could extend its services until the direct sales if the constituent (the supplier) tests the desire of it.

Collaboration with AGB requires the following steps:


1° Negotiation face to face, by  telephone or by mail  AGB-Supplier to determine the products which represent as well as the requirements and the responsibilities for the two parts.


2° Signing of an agreement  of representation


3° Visit of the buildings of the supplier for formation and more information if the control of the services and/or products to be represented requires some (optional)


4° Study of launching of the services and/or products on the market  In  Cameroon and CEMAC


5° Presentation of the services and/or the products to the target customers.


6° Establishment of a direct connection between the supplier and the customers interested by its services and/or its products (optional).


7° Taking goods order among customers by AGB and transmission to the supplier.


Remark

The Cameroon remains the single door of penetration of the services and/or products represented by AGB in the CEMAC area.


AGB does not buy products and/or services to resell them. But this might be possible after negotiation with supplier.


AGB does not accept another supplier offer of representation of services and/or competing products to those still under its representation.


AGB stores neither produced ordered nor do not receive any payment of ordering of a customer. That will be done directly between the supplier and the customer.


AGB being entitled to place the orders, does not admit any direct order of some customer that  is its zone of representation such as preset near the supplier constituent.


AGB provided any contact of customer or partner before to have concluded a contract from representation.

All other contrary applications to those enumerated above will have to be the preliminary negotiation object.

AGB agrees to directly sell products to the last consumers if that is included in the contract of representation.

 Cameroon, one of the hospital countries of the sphere is located in Central Africa.

Private initiative as the spirit of entreprenariat is strongly developed inCameroon; with such ensign that one counts approximately 40.000 companies belonging mostly to foreigners.

Cameroon Economy  is one of the most prosperous of those of the developing countries in Central Africa and generally in sub-SaharanAfrica.

If the agricultural sector   supported by the hot and wet climate of the country remains dominating, industry knows when it has a relatively important rise and contributes to nearly 20% to the GDP of the country.


 Cameroon also has important oil reserves.
It carries out a considerable production of electricity whose share is provided to its neighbors.

It exploits diversified mining resources, consisted gold, diamond, iron and copper.
Under the agricultural production which dominates its economy,   Cameroon occupies good ranks in world classification.


Its economy constitutes the angular stone of the sub regional economy; thus contributing for 40% to the GDP of the CEMAC.

TheCamerooneven remains one of the most coveted, most open countries  of Central Africa, and the wholeAfrica.
